Pinellas Nutrition LLC ("Pinellas Nutrition," "we," "us," or "our") runs the nutrition club at 6050 Park Blvd Unit 1, Pinellas Park, FL 33781, and the website pinellasnutrition.com, including our loyalty program pages (/sign-up and /check). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using our website or joining our loyalty program, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us when you sign up for our loyalty program, check your points, or contact us:
- First and last name
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
- Birthday (month/day/year), used for your birthday reward
- How you heard about us, and a referral phone number if someone referred you
- Your text message (SMS) consent choices, including the date and time you gave or withdrew consent
- Anything you send us by text, phone, email, or social media
Information created when you use the program, such as your visits, points balance, referrals, rewards earned, and rewards redeemed.
Information collected automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar technical data. Our website platform may use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, keep it secure, and remember your session. Pages on our site also include embedded content from third parties (for example, Google Maps and a Google reviews widget), and those providers may collect information according to their own privacy policies.
We do not collect payment card information through this website.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your loyalty account, track visits and points, and give you rewards (including referral rewards and your birthday donut)
- Send you account and service text messages you agreed to, such as points and rewards updates, redemption confirmations, and customer support

- Operate, secure, and improve our website and program

3. Text messages (SMS)
If you give consent on our sign-up form, we may send text messages to the mobile number you provided. There are two separate choices:
- Account and service messages: loyalty program updates, points and reward status, reward redemption confirmations, account notifications, and customer support.
- Marketing messages: special offers, discounts, new product announcements, and similar promotions.
Please note:
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

- Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except with service providers that help us send messages on our behalf (see Section 4), who may not use it for their own purposes.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as our loyalty program and website platform (FloLoyal, which runs on the LeadConnector/HighLevel platform), text message and email delivery providers, and website hosting. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- When required by law, such as to respond to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pinellas Nutrition, our customers, or others.
- If our business is sold or transferred, as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
5. How long we keep information
We keep your loyalty information while your account is active and for a reasonable time afterward for record-keeping, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes. We keep records of SMS consent and opt-outs as long as needed to show compliance with the law. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see Section 7).
6. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and we rely on reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access, correction, or deletion: call (727) 592-2998, email [email protected], or visit us in the club, and ask us to review, correct, or delete your information. If you delete your loyalty account, unused points and rewards will be lost.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.
8. Children's privacy
Our website and loyalty program are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Links to other sites
Our website links to other sites and services, such as Instagram, Facebook, Google, and FloLoyal. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies.
